Waiting and watching


 Little hare waits and watches in the long grass
collaged onto a wood panel....


A close up reveals his fur is made up of small pieces of bookpapers.....


I painted the surrounding frame red and gold to compliment the textured surface....
All ready for a new home.

    I love this Morag. So much lovely texture in the background. There is something about the hare. They always look so majestic.

    I do love this so much - hares are one of my favourite animals and this little chap is perfect! I love the night setting - the richness of the deep blue sky really works against those rich reds - really beautiful.

    This is truly magical, I love the contrast of the bright red and that little white house and dark, starry night sky, wow, fabulous! Little hare is so great too made of book papers, such authentic art!
