Today brings a bit of sea air, a taste of salt seaspray and my Seasprite.
She is painted on card with collaged bookpapers as a background and lots of glitter!! I am a great believer that a bit of glitter goes a long way :) I used crackle medium on her face for a weathered look.

Your sea lady is gorgeous. I enlarged her to see the glitter because I love glittery things. I know she is one shiny sea creature. Beautiful colors and the crackle paint just add to the overall beauty.
ReplyDeleteOh first time I have visited you and love your inspired art, this one especially :) I have to say this time last year my family & I were travelling Isles of Skye, Harris & Lewis & absolutely fell in love with the landscape, people & history :)

ReplyDeleteA romantic sea-sprite with her hair swept up as if it were a curling wave. It's really worth clicking on the image to see how effective the textures are - crackle on her face and the lovely sparkle of the gold glitter. A beautiful girl for Day 8.
ReplyDeleteOh, I love your woman with this great green hair and the wave. So much space to dream with and from her ...
