I love the 'wistful' feel to this. She looks pale and interesting. Hope you enjoy your visit to the Tate, Morag. I am taking in some culture this week too. I am visiting The Atkinson in Southport tomorrow to see The Matisse: Drawing with Scissors Exhibition. Perhaps I will find some inspiration for one of my faces.
She reminds me of a Jane Austin character. Very sweet face. I love how people who are doing the 29 faces are using less and less words with each blog post!
A very sweet and innocent face. I love the backgrounds on your paintings.

ReplyDeleteLove the expression on her face ....
ReplyDeleteThis face looks soft and feminine, she is deep in her thoughts and she is looking inwards! Great job!
ReplyDeleteShe looks like someone I'd like to be friends with... sweet, intriguing, thoughtful and deep.
ReplyDeleteRosy is sweet and beautiful. I thought she had a sort of Renoir/impressionist look, but I can see Nic's point about the Jane Austen character.
ReplyDeleteoh, these lips!! wonderful!
ReplyDeletexoxo
love the ethereal look to this
ReplyDeleteI was thinking the same thing as Nic McLean (a Jane Austin character), funny, huh?
ReplyDeleteThis girl is a real beauty and attractively framed by the collaged roses and the lemony sweet yellow background!
