My russet haired girl is todays face. I used neo-color crayons metallic liners and gouache.
I always wanted this colour of hair, mine is naturally a dark chestnut colour ( helped along a little these days ;) ) but when I was younger I used to henna it to try and make it this russet colour. I mixed the henna powder into a thick paste and would sit for hours with it stuck on my head, it smelt of warm earth and was very messy. It stained the bathroom and made me a very unpopular teenager with my mother who had to clean up after me!
