APR Heads, shoulders knees and toes!
Paper Dancing |
I decided not to go down the route of painting my toes, I don't like them much and don't really want to inflict them on everyone else, nor do I really know that my knees would make good art, so..
Here we have Head, shoulders and arm...sort of, I just had fun with my box of paper scraps and gesso. Changed the tone a little digitally My figure looks like she is dancing, perhaps to the song :)
I use left over ice cream tubs to store my paper scraps, nothing is wasted, things always come in useful!
Organization makes for GReat art...as you've just shown us!
ReplyDeleteThanks Annie, I'm not really that organized, I just don't like throwing things away. :)
DeleteGreat job! I don't think I want to try this challenge myself! xx
ReplyDeleteThanks, It is a tough Challenge this week! I must say I had second thoughts as I really wasn't sure what to do. Thats why I ended up messing around with glue in the hope something would happen :)
DeleteI love the colour and movement in your lovely collage. Everything seems to be swirling around in the air currents she makes as she dances around, so everything seems to be dancing. This is a greatbinterpretation of the theme.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea to organize things! Love the mixed media artwork too. :)
ReplyDeleteI think this is wonderful Morag! All the colours intermingled in a swirly Spring dance of Joy. Lots of exercise for your lady's head, shoulders, knees & toes :0)) Mo
ReplyDeleteThis is a tricky challenge and I haven't tried to tackle it yet. I LOVE what you did!!! It's wonderful. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Rita, I agree, a very tricky Challenge this week, Jenn likes to keep us on our toes! :)Hope you take part.
DeleteThanks for your comments on my blog Rita. Love how your figure has her arms extended and it really looks like she is singing the song with gusto.
